Haywire Hormones and Modern Life Madness – The Facts

I believe that we’re generally suffering more hormone havoc than our great – grannies.

Endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids are VERY common conditions these days.

It’s estimated that 1.5 million UK girls and women have been diagnosed with Endometriosis, for example, and that’s the diagnosed cases! It often goes misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all.

PCOS affects around 10% of girls and women. 30-40% of women get fibroids in their lifetime, usually over age 35.

1 in 7 couples suffer fertility issues. About a third are caused by female problems.

Hysterectomies are on the increase. Can you imagine the outcry if chopping off testicles was such common practice?!

That’s without getting into the scourge of adrenal and thyroid issues. Or looking at depression amongst women.

It can’t be “normal” can it? My expectations of modern life are much higher than that. I hope yours are too.

You Can Achieve Hormone Harmony

I believe it doesn’t have to be that way. It’s my passion.

The modern world is very toxic, which harms hormones, health and fertility. And we make very different lifestyle choices to our great-grannies.

As women,  we seem to be out of touch with ancient wisdoms of women’s health, out of touch with natural rhythms and cycles. I don’t mean we have to go sit together in a Red Tent… unless you want to, of course.

Dare I also say, we still get sucked into thinking our bodies are shameful and talking about periods is taboo? So we suffer in silence.
