Stop the world I want to get off!

When you’re busy, under pressure and short of time and energy the very LAST thing you’re likely to do is take care of yourself. Yet it’s the every FIRST thing that you should do. No, really!

At the risk of trolling out some cliches….

“Self-care isn’t about self-indulgence, it’s about self-preservation” Audrey Lorde.

“Taking good care of you, means the people in your life receive the BEST of you rather than what’s left of you” Carl Bryan.

“Self-care isn’t selfish” ME. I say that. That’s one of my mantras.

You deserve to feel your best and look your best, so you can give of your best. You deserve to be treated as a whole, unique and special person.

It’s time to STOP; to take a long, hard look at your world, do a little life laundry, re-prioritise and make time and space for yourself.

Choose some healthy new habits for body, mind and soul. Baby steps.  And over time you can transform your own world…with a little help from your friends.

Shaking off Stress

Eating a healthy diet, chillaxing and unwinding, sleeping well, avoiding toxins and chemicals and gentle regular exercise can really help us feel fabulous and look our best.
